COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Julion Pearre hit five three-pointers for 21 points, both career highs, to lead Utah State to a 74-60 win over Air Force on Saturday.
Chris Smith had 16 points, David Collette 13 and Jalen Moore 10 with 10 rebounds for the Aggies (18-10, 11-5 Mountain West), who won their sixth straight.
Hayden Graham led Air Force (13-15, 6-11) with 16 points and a career-high 12 rebounds. Max Yon had 13 points.
Utah State limited the Falcons to 28.6 percent shooting (8 of 28) in the first half to take a 30-21 lead. The Aggies have now won 13 straight when leading at halftime after starting the season 0 for 4 with the lead at intermission.
Utah State hit five 3-pointers and went 14 of 16 from the foul line after halftime to turn back the Falcons. The Aggies went 10 for 10 from the line in the final 2:13.
