This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

In the world we live in today, security is often at the forefront of our minds. We want to feel safe … when we visit an airport, take our children to school, walk into an office building or even when taking mass transit. Not surprisingly, since 9/11, the number of security consultants has doubled. And Sentinel Systems, based in Salt Lake City, is well established in the security business.

Sentinel Systems specializes in IP surveillance and access control ID systems. This is a growing field and includes monitoring server storage, software, cameras, wire and installation. They also sell products to do it yourselfers and offer full tech-support when needed...

Owner Randy Bathemess (bath-eh-mess) says Sentinel Systems is set up to cover all aspects of the security systems, from initial consultation through design and installation ... And they've worked with major companies from around the state like Tesco Williamson, Rhodes Bake 'N Serve, CB Richard Ellis and many others. They recently finished installing systems in all the schools in the San Juan district and are working with other districts in Utah.. They also have accounts in Nevada and California ....

Randy is so well known in the industry, having been involved with security for most of his life, that many companies won't go to anyone else for their security needs. They're also familiar with Sentinel's ethics and product lines and know the company has a reputation for the best customer care, so they know they'll be taken care of. Not to mention Sentinel Systems is a veteran-owned company.

Randy started into security all the way back to the 1980s..... ironically enough as a bodyguard, taking care of rock ‘n roll stars who came to Utah for concerts.... When he opened Sentinel Systems in 2008, the timing was challenging to say the least.... People told him he couldn't make it, but something he learned in the Marine Corps is that nobody can say that he can't do something.... So, he set out to prove them wrong — and his successful company speaks for itself.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
