The Jazz got down and dirty to beat the Clippers in the pivotal Game 5 to grab a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series. Playing strong defense and hitting open shots have been foundation pieces in helping transform the franchise into a playoff team.
Joe Johnson carried the Jazz for the game's final seven minutes to help tie the series at two games each. That, plus notes on Rudy Gobert's return, Derrick Favors' great game, and Gordon Hayward's sickness.
