UVU, RSL Youth Academy to develop soccer facility in Vineyard

The Utah State Board of Regents on Friday approved an agreement between Utah Valley University and Real Salt Lake Youth Academy Foundation to develop a youth soccer training facility at UVU's Vineyard campus.
