SALT LAKE CITY — For the second year, Dave McCann, Mike Headrick and Deanie Wimmer had a friendly wager placed on Saturday's BYU-Utah football game. Utah won and for the second consecutive year, Dave and Mike returned to the steps of the state capitol to sing "Utah Man."
