OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant is pledging $1 million to the tornado relief in Oklahoma.

In the wake of the disaster in Oklahoma, the NBA star will pledge the money through his charity, The Durant Family Foundation, and will match other donations from people through the Red Cross.

We always knew Durant was one of the best in the NBA, but it also turns out he's one of the best guys in general.

Van Noy named to Lott Trophy watch list

BYU linebacker Kyle Van Noy was named to the 2013 Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list last week.

The Lott Trophy is named after Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott and is awarded to college football's defensive player of the year.

Van Noy is one of 37 players on the watch list and one of 20 linebackers.

USU previews the Mountain West

The Utah State Aggies will join the ranks of the Mountain West Conference this upcoming football season, and they are excited to reignite some old rivalries.

USU's athletic website released a series of videos highlighting its MWC opponents and gives a brief history of the two schools' match-ups.

It's a great way to get excited for the Aggies' first season in the MWC.

The Pac-12 Network takes a look at the 2013 Utes

The Pac-12 Network released a video taking a look at the Utes' 2012 season and a look ahead to 2013.

The video offers some highlights as well as a few remarks from Utah Head Coach Kyle Whittingham. From there the Pac-12 analysts take over.

The experts, including Rick Neuheisel, are optimistic about the Utes' upcoming season and thinks the run game will be a real strength heading into the 2013 season.
