Three elements of the business model at Alphagraphics of Bountiful that have contributed to their growth are the processes they use to engage their clients, the extensive web tools they offer, and the way they engage and how they build product...
Grant clearly understands the value of his team. He says it's taken 10 years as the owner of Alphagraphics of Bountiful to build the team he now has... It's very expensive to replace an employee in this business because of the amount of knowledge they acquire. Grant knows Alphagraphics is all about the people and if he has employees who understand the vision, they provide top-tier service ... Not to mention, he's contributing to Utah's employment base, helping the Beehive State to have one of the lowest unemployment totals in nation.
The business has been so successful they recently purchased the property next to the current Alphagraphics facility and will be expanding the business, from 6,000 to 15,000 square feet. They're going to be pushing the front of the store curbside and will increase parking as well... The retail and marketing areas will expand. The plan is to purchase full-color printing equipment to bring back "in house" services they're currently outsourcing. Because they value the team so much, they're building a fitness facility into the new expanded building. Grant wants his employees to feel healthy, strong and valued...
