SALT LAKE CITY — This week's High 5 honors two children who are tougher than they should have to be at their young ages.

Our first recipient is Tristan Chidester, 11, who was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in March. He underwent an amputation following an infection in his right leg. Tristan now has a prosthetic leg that he has been learning to walk on since September.

We also honored 8-year-old Jackson Arnold. He was born with kidney failure and underwent a kidney transplant in July.

KSL and High 5 partner Les Schwab arranged a visit to Clark Planetarium for these two inspiring boys. Santa Claus was on hand and said both Jackson and Tristan are on the top of his "nice" list. He brought them presents as part of the High 5.
