Leftover Thanksgiving Pillow Pastries

Yield: 10 - 3 ¼ Inch Mouthwatering Pillows
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients
Leftover Stuffing
Leftover Turkey, Shredded
Leftover Gravy
Leftover Vegetables
Handful Fresh Quartered Cranberries
4 Fresh Sage Leaves, Chiffonade
1 Package Puff Pastry, Measured and cut into 20 - 3 ¼ inch squares
Egg Wash As Needed

Directions
Preheat oven to 400*F. Lay out 10 - 3 ¼ inch squares. Brush a layer of gravy on the dough, leaving a quarter of an inch of space on the edges. Top with a small amount of turkey pieces, a couple of vegetables, and a bit of stuffing. Put 4-5 pieces of cranberry in the pastry (so you don’t get one bite full of cranberry). Sprinkle on a little bit of sage and drizzle just a bit more gravy over the top of that. You don’t want a lot, just enough to make it juicy; if it’s coming out the sides you put too much gravy. Put a 3 ¼ Inch puff pastry over the top of this and close the seams with a fork or your fingers. If it doesn’t want to stay closed use egg wash. Repeat this process for the next 9 pastries. Place on a foil lined, non stick sprayed baking sheet, brush with egg wash (optional) and cook until golden brown delicious, 10 -15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
