Utah took the momentum from last week's win over Stanford and carried it into a rout of the Arizona Wildcats on Friday night. The win serves a validation that the Utes are indeed a team to contend with in the Pac 12 South.
Peyton Jones ran for 130 yards and two touchdowns, and threw for 117 yards more with an 11-yard TD strike to Harward with 13 seconds on the clock, to help Bingham High rally for a 28-24 win over American Fork.
The Utes rolled to a 42-10 victory over the visiting Arizona Wildcats Friday to claim a much-needed South division game. More importantly for the Utes, though, it was the second consecutive game where the offense was in the spotlight and came up big in back-to-back 40-point performances.
Utah scored early and never looked back in a 35-3 win over the visiting Arizona Wildcats that featured several highlight plays from Utah’s offense, including a 58-yard touchdown pass from receiver Britain Covey to a streaking quarterback Tyler Huntley.
