OREM, Utah (AP) — Tyler Hall had 25 points and 10 rebounds to help Montana State beat Utah Valley 76-72 on Tuesday night in the Mountain West/Missouri Valley Challenge.

Marcus Colbert capped a Montana State 8-0 run with a turnaround jumper for a 72-66 lead. Konner Frey answered with a 3-pointer from the top of the key. The Bobcats' Danny Robison missed two free throws and Utah Valley's Hayden Schenck converted a 3-point play, with the aid of a lane violation, to tie it at 72.

Hall's tip-in, after two Montana State misses, gave the Bobcats a 74-72 lead and Schenck was called for a charge on the Wolverines' next possession. Montana State grabbed two more offensive rebounds on its next trip and Quinton Everett hit 2 of 4 free throws down the stretch to seal it.

Zach Green and Everett added 15 points each for Montana State (4-3).
