NEW DELHI (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is extending his stay in India and will join President Barack Obama in China for the G-20 this weekend.
Kerry had been due to return from New Delhi to Washington on Thursday. But State Department spokesman Mark Toner said Kerry would now remain in the Indian capital until Friday or Saturday, when he will leave for the summit in Hangzhou.
Kerry's schedule for his remaining time in India is still to be determined, Toner said.
