Attorneys for the Utah House committee investigating Attorney General John Swallow want a judge to compel him to comply with a subpoena demanding electronic records, including a large amount that might have been lost or deleted.

Hundreds rally in support of Mike Lee; senator balks at recent criticism

Hundreds turned out for a rally in South Jordan Saturday to show their support for Utah Sen. Mike Lee. The senator, who attended the rally, said he's not worried about recent criticism he's received for his efforts to defund the Affordable Care Act.
