The defense minister says investigators are trying to retrieve the files deleted Feb. 3, but says the pilot is considered innocent until proven guilty of any wrongdoing. Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 with 239 people aboard went missing March 8 on a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
