Reports: Man killed by police exhibited paranoid behavior in weeks leading up to shooting
In the days and weeks leading up to Lonnie Marcel Bowen being shot and killed by police Tuesday, he exhibited odd behavior — fueled by either drug use or mental illness — and believed police were out to get him, police reports note.
