WASHINGTON CITY, Utah (AP) — A 3-year-old girl who was pulled from a burning mobile home in Washington City has become the second person to die from injuries suffered in the blaze.
The Spectrum reports (http://bit.ly/2gFU2lb ) that Washington City police said Wednesday that the child died due to injuries sustained in Monday's fire. They also identified the man who died Monday as a Good Samaritan who tried to save the child and her 27-year-old mother.
Rescuers have identified the man as 60-year-old Richard Abram Kirkland, of St. George.
The mother is still in critical condition.
