RICHFIELD, Idaho (AP) — Lincoln County Search and Rescue was called to search for a missing hunter around the Pagari Bridge.

KMVT-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2dzUF1U ) that crews found the man around midnight Saturday night.

Sgt. Andy McClure says the man was disoriented and thought he was walking toward his car, but was actually walking in the opposite direction.

McClure says he was found about 15 miles from his car and east of the Pagari Bridge.

He was close to hypothermia and had a twisted knee, so he was taken to the hospital.

McClure says the hunter was dressed warm, but didn't have anything to eat or drink and didn't have anything to start a fire with.

He urged hunters to always have food, water and a fire-starter.
