KINGSTON, Idaho (AP) — A 51-year-old Washington state man has died in an all-terrain vehicle crash in northern Idaho.
KREM-TV reports (http://bit.ly/28VPcjD) that Thomas C. Schwartzenberger of Cheney lost control of the machine on Saturday on a turn and left the road.
Authorities say Schwartzenberger struck a tree and went down a long embankment where he struck another tree.
Police say he died in the crash.
Authorities say a 60-year-old woman riding on the ATV sustained injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
