LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — A 14-year-old boy in juvenile court has denied a charge of inducing panic after a slew of recent bomb threats in a southwest Ohio school district.
Two bomb threats were made Wednesday — one at the Lebanon (LEHB'-uh-nuhn) High School and one at Lebanon Junior High. The high school was cleared temporarily Monday and Tuesday to allow police searches.
The junior high school was evacuated again Thursday for a threat found in a bathroom.
Warren County judge Joe Kirby says he'll seek reimbursement for the costs from the parents of the accused boy.
It wasn't immediately clear what attorney might represent the boy and his parents.
The youth has been ordered to remain at the detention center and undergo a risk assessment.
Court officials say he's been recommended for expulsion.
