CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery was 7.50 cents a bale higher at $4.72 a bushel; July corn was 6 cents higher at $4.1060 bushel; July oats was 1 cent lower at $1.88 a bushel; while July soybeans gained 11 cents to $10.8940 a bushel.
Beef lower and pork prices were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was .18 cent lower at $1.2048 a pound; August feeder cattle was 1.45 cents lower at $1.4565 a pound; June lean hogs gained .23 cent to $.8080 a pound.
