NBA legend Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter and seven others were killed in a helicopter crash on a steep hillside in dense morning fog in Southern California on Sunday, his sudden death at age 41 touching off an outpouring of grief for a star whose celebrity transcended basketball.

Chad and Lori Daybell did not have much to say when approached by EastIdahoNews.com Sunday afternoon in Hawaii after they were served with two search warrants.

And she made a hard choice ... but she gave me life, and then she gave me a life through adoption,” Rose told KSL as she walked along with thousands of others during the annual March for Life Utah at the Capitol.

4. Rylan Jones scores 24 points to lead Utah past Washington State

For the second consecutive game, it was the Rylan Jones show as he led his team to a 76-64 victory over the visiting Washington State Cougars Saturday.

5. Thousands of miles later, former BYU star Eric Mika's road to NBA as close as it's ever been

On a weekend when many of Mika’s former teammates at BYU were in Stockton for a 74-60 win over Pacific, the 6-foot-10, 230-pound big man was back in his home state with the Kings.
