LAYTON — A 23-year-old man accused of multiple lewdness incidents in Layton stores was arrested Tuesday.
Miles Blakeley was booked into Davis County Jail for investigation of lewdness and child pornography. Blakeley had "a tremendous number" of pornographic videos and pictures on his cellphone when he was arrested in Lowe's, 1055 W. Antelope Drive, where he was working, Layton Police Lt. Travis Lyman said.
Layton police began their investigation Monday night after a 4-year-old girl told her mother a man had exposed himself in front of her when they were shopping earlier that day at Target, 815 W. 2000 North. Police canvassed nearby stores and reviewed surveillance footage to identify Blakeley, Lyman said.
Blakeley matches the description of the suspect involved in a lewdness incident at the same Lowe's in November and a Layton Wal-Mart within the past month, Lyman said. The three stores are all within 3 miles of each other.
Layton police said they don't know whether any other children were victimized Monday, and they're asking anyone who was shopping at the Layton Target between 12:45 p.m and 1:30 p.m. and may have information about the incident to call 801-336-3443.

"He was quite active, from what it looks like," Lyman said. "I expect there are cases out there and victims our there we haven't been made aware of yet."
Police are also cautioning parents to carefully monitor children while out in public.
"These incidents happened very quickly, and it was startling to see on the surveillance footage how close the parents and other adults were to the suspect when he was engaging in this activity, and they didn't notice anything apparently," Lyman said.
