SALT LAKE CITY — A Uintah Basin man who was missing for several hours Thursday afternoon was found safe.

Jason Breckenridge, 39, was reported missing Thursday afternoon. He had been last seen at the Little Caesar's Pizza on 7095 S. Redwood Road before he went missing. He had gone to the Little Caesar's Pizza with a family member and then had wandered away, according to Jason's sister Jamaica Breckenridge.

However, he was found around 7 p.m. at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray in safe condition.

Jamaica said that Jason is developmentally disabled and hearing impaired.

Jason had recently told members of his direct care staff that he wanted to go to a church and pray, according to Jamaica. Family members were worried that he would catch a ride and head to Montana or Idaho.
