DRAPER — This week's Wednesday's Child is a sweet kid who loves video games. But it was Draper's Airbourne Trampoline Arena where he wanted to meet KSL News for his interview.

Emanuel is a good-natured, loveable ninth-grader who excels at algebra. He also loves pizza and Chinese food, and appreciates bubble gum ice cream for the chewing you get to do after you eat the treat.

The 14-year-old, who prefers to go by Mani, is in foster care. While he's in a good home right now, it hasn't always been that way.

The truth is, Mani longs for something more.

About Mani:
Birthday: October 1998

Grade: 9th

Interests: creating and playing electronic games, entertaining others

"It's fun, but I want to get adopted," he said. "I want to be able to live, like, a normal life, and have a mom to call ‘Mom.' "

If Mani could do anything in the world with his future family, he said he would spend the day riding go-carts and just having fun.

Mani has a lot of love to give and hopes to get love from a permanent family in return.

If you're interested in providing Mani with a permanent home, contact The Adoption Exchange at 801-265-0444.
