SANDY — After a man robbed a fast food restaurant, police are on the lookout for the alleged robber.

At 8:27 p.m. Tuesday night, a Subway restaurant at 37 W. 9000 South was robbed by a man who, in a note, threatened the employee with a weapon, police say.

Police retrieved surveillance video from the store and from it, describe the man as in his early 20s, 5 foot 9 inches tall, with a thin goatee.

Police ask anyone with information to contact the Sandy Police Department at (801) 568-7214.
