HURRICANE — A man was in critical condition Tuesday night after being shot in an RV park.
Police received a call about 7:50 p.m. from "someone who felt they were being threatened," said Nancy Perkins, spokeswoman for the Hurricane Police Department. Perkins said she could not confirm the gender of the caller or whether the individual was directly involved in the incident.
When officers arrived at the St. George Horizon Trailer Park, they found a man had been shot.
The injured man, whose name has not been released, was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
A man believed to have been involved in the original threat report was taken into custody for questioning.
