TOKYO (AP) — Yu Kobayashi scored for the fifth consecutive game as Kawasaki Frontale beat FC Tokyo 1-0 on Saturday to stay top of the J-League.

Kobayashi's header with nine minutes left kept Frontale unbeaten since April 24.

Second-stage leader Frontale is five points clear of first-stage winner Kashima Antlers and Urawa Reds in the overall standings.

Tadanari Lee scored twice as Urawa beat Kashima 2-1.

In other matches, Takamitsu Tomiyama scored the winner as Sagan Tosu beat Avispa Fukuoka. 3-2.

Cristiano scored a hat-trick in Kashiwa Reysol's 3-2 win over Gamba Osaka, and defending champions Sanfrecce Hiroshima beat Vissel Kobe 2-0 while Gakuto Notsuda scored the winner as Albirex Niigata beat Omiya Ardija 2-1.

Yokohama F Marinos and Jubilo Iwata finished in a 1-1 draw while Ventforet Kofu defeated Nagoya Grampus 3-1.
