EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (AP) — Forward Trevor Lewis has agreed to a two-year, $3.05 million contract extension with the Los Angeles Kings.
The Kings announced the deal Tuesday.
The 27-year-old Lewis has been a valuable depth forward for the Kings for the past four seasons. He won a Stanley Cup title with Los Angeles in 2012, scoring nine points in 20 games during the Kings' postseason run.
The former first-round pick from Salt Lake City has a career-best six goals and five assists in 70 games for the Kings this season.
