Carnitas recipe

Two bay leaves 1 Teaspoon salt 1 Teaspoon coriander 1 Teaspoon cumin 2 tablespoons of crushed oregano 2 garlic cloves 1 cinnamon stick 3-4 dried star anis 2-3 fresh oranges 4 lbs of pork shoulder

Throw that party in a crock pot or in a dutch oven. Cook for a min of 5 hours, overnight if possible. Shred and serve in tortillas.
