OREM, Utah (AP) — Konner Frey scored 17 and grabbed nine rebounds, and Marcel Davis had 15 points, five assists and five boards to help Utah Valley beat Great Falls 89-60 Saturday night.

Ivory Young added 13 points with five assists and Telly Davenport scored 11 while Andrew Bastien grabbed 11 rebounds and Alex Carr pulled down 10 for Utah Valley State (1-1).

The game served as an exhibition for NAIA Great Falls (5-1).

The Argonauts led 18-17 midway through the first half, but Utah Valley slowly built a 10-point cushion before scoring the final six points of the half to go into the break leading 46-30.

The Wolverines shot 57 percent from the field, including 7 of 15 from 3-point range, and outrebounded Great Falls 56-24.

The teams combined to make 11 of 27 free throws.

Lamar Falley led Great Falls with 17 points.
