PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Bill Cosby is due in court Tuesday so a judge can decide whether there's enough evidence to send 12-year-old sex-assault accusations to trial in suburban Philadelphia.

Prosecutors reopened Andrea Constand's complaint last year after Cosby's deposition in her related lawsuit became public and dozens of other accusers came forward to allege similar behavior.

In his deposition testimony, Cosby describes giving drugs and alcohol to women before sex; making secret payments to ex-lovers; and hosting Andrea Constand at his home. Cosby became a friend and mentor after meeting Constand at Temple University, where he was a trustee and she managed the women's basketball team.
