ALGIERS, Algeria (AP) - Algerian state radio says a military transport plane has crashed in the east of the country killing all 99 aboard.

The plane was flying Tuesday from the southern city of Ouargla to the town of Oum El Bouaghi, 350 kilometers (220 miles) east of Algiers. Witnesses in the area say it clipped a mountain and then crashed.
