SALT LAKE CITY — It's October and we're in full pumpkin mode. Bring on the pumpkin spice lattes, the pumpkin bars, the pumpkin pancakes, and everything else pumpkin flavored.

Did you know that pumpkins are grown on every continent (except for Antartica-because there's not much that naturally grows there)? And because they grow all over the world you can find pumpkins in many different cuisines.
