The Fine Arts Center is a 501c(3) Nonprofit Organization who believe in making Arts Opportunities to all regardless of circumstances. Scholarships are available to low-income families. Award requires a confidential consultation with Fine Arts Center Management. Awards are 50% or more based on need. Volunteer opportunities available. Fees vary, see website for registration and costs.
