AMHERST, Mass. — Led by Rahsool Diggins' 18 points, the UMass Minutemen defeated the Rhode Island Rams 81-79. Keon Thompson scored 16 points for UMass. Jaden House led Rhode Island with 22 points. The Minutemen are now 15-8 with the victory and the Rams fell to 11-13.
