(KSL News) -- Prosecutors will decide tomorrow whether or not they'll file a capital murder charge against a Bountiful man.
Police say David Drommond shot and killed his ex-wife, Janeil, as she arrived at his front door to drop off their children. He's also accused of shooting her father, who's in critcal condition.
At the time of the shooting, Drommond was under a court order to stay away from his ex-wife. But she came to his house with the kids because he had visitation rights.
