U of U to Honor Three Individuals with Honorary Degrees

(KSL News) Senator Orrin Hatch and Zion's Bank President A. Scott Anderson are just two of the people who will receive honorary degrees from the University of Utah this year.

In addition, educator Carmen B. Pingree will be given an honorary doctorate of education for her work with autistic youth.

The degrees will be bestowed at graduation exercises in May. Thomas S. Monson of the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be the featured speaker at the ceremony.
