OREM, Utah (AP) -- The name of the seven-month-old baby who drowned last week in a family wading pool has been released.
Police say the baby's name is Hunter Posey, the son of Robert and Jessica Posey.
Police say the infant crawled out of the family home and into an inflatable pool with about ten inches of water last Tuesday.
When his mother found him, he was not breathing. Hunter was rushed to Mount Timpanogos Regional Hospital and then flown to Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City where he died a few days later.
Officers have said the family is NOT under suspicion for negligence. Hunter was one of four children in the family.
