(KSL News) A wife of polygamist John Daniel Kingston may finally learn today if she'll gain custody of her children.

State workers removed the children from Heidi Mattingly and John Daniel Kingston's care over a year ago. The children were taken from the home following allegations of neglect and abuse.

The case is now before Judge Elizabeth Lindsley. During this afternoon's hearing, she's expected to announce if Mattingly will regain custody.
