Of Note: He guided Eastern Arizona to its first winning season in 26 years, just two years after taking over the program during that season, Eastern Arizona won the ACCAC with a perfect 5-0 mark and finished in the top five in the nation in both passing offense and total offense and was second in the country in interceptions while he was defensive coordinator at Snow, the team won the NJCAA National Championship in 1985 with an 11-0 record.
