(KLS News) Murray police say the Secret Service has caught a man involved in a smash-and-grab burglary. We told you about the incident yesterday that happened in the parking lot of a Murray Gold's Gym.
A Secret Service agent had gone inside to work out, but when he returned, his bag containing a collapsible baton, handcuffs and a gun was gone.
Secret Service agents found Jason Hammond last night, with all the agent's stolen items. He has been booked into the Salt Lake County jail.
