(KSL News) A Salt Lake City woman is being commended for her giving nature, not to mention her willingness to wake up before sunrise for an early morning jog with friends.

Our Coco Warner went to her Salt Lake City home today to give her a High 5.

Gina Williams is an avid runner, and is very generous with her time. She never wants anyone to run alone in the dark, so she volunteers to go with them.

She's also a great volunteer in the community. She's volunteered for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Meals on Wheels, and is the co-captain for registration for the Salt Lake City marathon.

Beth Thomas, nominated friend: "You are so amazing. You help with training, with Meals on Wheels, you're the co-captain for the registration for the marathon. You've helped my mom so much, you've helped Beacon Heights so much. You're just so amazing, and I haven't even mentioned half of it, I'm sure."

Gina Williams, nominated by friend: "I'm in shock. Thank you so much. I'm surrounded by wonderful people. That's why I do what I do. They make it fun."
