(KSL News) -- A Boy Scout Troop from Draper did their part to clean up the environment today.

The Scouts from Troop 650 collected old paint, used oil, and other household hazardous wastes from several neighborhoods -- and then took them to the landfill for proper disposal.

Keith Call, Scout Leader: "We're just one troop out of hundreds in the Valley that do great service for the community"

The Scouts are also planning to plant more than one hundred native shrubs in environmentally sensitive areas.
