SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- President Bush plans to honor a Brigham City man when his visits Utah on Monday.
Bush will present Willie Hunsaker with the President's Volunteer Service Award to thank him for making a difference in the lives of others.
Hunsaker has been a V-F-W volunteer for more than 15 years. He volunteers his time to things such as, making crosses to put on veterans' gravesites, helping Eagle Scout candidates as they advance through the program, and teaching flag etiquette at local elementary schools.
Bush is scheduled to speak at the national Veterans of Foreign Wars convention in Salt Lake City, which begins tomorrow at the Salt Palace.
This will be the president's second visit to Utah.
