(KSL News) The Utah Highway Patrol released dash camera video of an overnight chase.

A woman leaped from a car to escape police as her boyfriend continued on down the road. Both ended up in jail this morning.

A trooper on Highway 201 ran a check on a car, and it came back stolen. So he tried to pull it over, but the driver took off.

Troopers eventually chased the car into a neighborhood. That's when the woman in the passenger seat jumped out of the car. The driver kept going.

He eventually ditched the stolen car, but K-9 units found him hiding in another car at 480 West 500 North. Both suspects were arrested for possessing a stolen vehicle and outstanding warrants.
