(KSL News) A fire burning in southern Utah is near containment this morning.
Over 30 firefighters and five engines are working to contain the Jacob Fire.

Authorities say its burned 3200 acres so far.
Severe weather and rough terrain have made it difficult to fight.
It was burning 39 miles west of Saint George near the Grand Canyon Parashant National Monument. At last check, it was 90 percent contained. Crews hope to have it fully contained sometime today.
A second blaze, the Snow Canyon Fire, was contained yesterday. It only burned seven acres and was located near Ivins on Red Mountain.
