(KSL News) Search and rescue brought a man out of Big Cottonwood Canyon around 5pm Saturday.

The man and his son went hiking this afternoon and the father fell about 40 to 50 feet off the trail.
There were about 30 other hikers in the area along with search and rescue who helped bring the man out.
Air Med flew him to University Medical Center.
