(KSL News) Governor Huntsman must decide today if he will veto a bill that lifts control over EnergySolutions' low-level radioactive waste dump in Tooele County.

Senate Bill 155 would let the company expand its low-level nuclear waste storage site without government approval.

The House and Senate have enough votes to override a veto. But last year lawmakers failed to override a similar bill the Governor vetoed.
