(KSL News) Kiplyn Davis disappeared on May 2, 1995.
The 15-year-old was last seen at Spanish Fork High School. For the last ten years investigators have been working the case.

Today a federal grand jury indicted Garry Blackmore on four counts of making false statements and one count of perjury in the case.
Blackmore used to live in the Spanish Fork area. Police arrested him today and he'll be in court tomorrow.
Another man, Scott Brunson, was indicted on similar charges earlier this year.
