(KSL News) -- Two Salt Lake organizations teamed up to help children in Africa. Over 40 tons of food left Utah today.
It's now on its way to the country of Niger.
The food was provided by Catholic Relief Services and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It will help close to seven-thousand malnourished children in the under -developed nation.
